  • Both! This is a mixture of weekly live virtual group calls, an educational + inspirational library of content to view + study at your own pace, as well as 1:1 coaching calls directly with Luna.

  • About 20% of the virtual call content is an overlap with the previous program curriculum you’ve studied + experienced. This is an essential way to revisit the fundamentals in a deeper, more masterful way. Along with that, the 1:1 calls for previous FTF clients will specialize in business building + other client specific requested support to maximize the value of the experience.

  • Beings of all levels of experience are welcome. Luna has a unique way of meeting people where they are at while also ensuring that everyone at every stage of their journey feels a high level of value, support + safety during the program.

  • All virtual calls are done through Zoom and last between 60, 90 and 120 minutes. By being accepted into the program you commit to attending them live to honor the communal culture + support maximum potency and presence in the cohort. We get what we put in, so Luna schedules all calls well in advance so you can prioritize your schedule around this. If for some reason you have a personal emergency, the virtual calls will be recorded and uploaded weekly into the private content library.

  • Yes! We will all be connected via a private & artistic members only thread via WhatsApp. All members will need to download WhatsApp in advance of Week One for all onboarding links, resources + communications.

  • Yes! There’s a few options you can opt-in into outlined inside of the application. Payments in full are at a competitive rate.

  • We get it, it’s a big decision and one that Luna wants you to feel a full resonate YES for. That’s why it’s her pleasure to offer a gifted 30-minute discovery call to chat through in real time any questions/curiosities/open shares before applying.

  • Yes! You will still be able to participate in the program effectively. However, Luna has access to preferred pricing for various sound meditation instrumentation and can support you in sourcing the instruments of your artistic dreams! We will learn the ins and outs of playing, studying + building sound meditation experiences with crystal alchemy singing bowls, gong, vocal toning, shruti box, tuning forks, koshi chimes, ocean drum, etc.

  • Great news! You’ll automatically be added (in order of applications received/reviewed) into the waitlist for the next Cohort happening late winter/early spring 2024. No need to re-apply.

  • Luna and her Team will send out an inspiring + clear on-boarding email to all members as well as a link to the private WhatsApp thread where we will funnel all communications during the program.
