There was a time we would meet in ritual every month to honor our bleeding time of our menstrual cycles. We would pause, reflect, gather, tend to one another. It was a far cry from what many of us experience now as women in the modern world or growing up where we would “hide” our tampons on the way to the school bathroom as if our blood of life was dirty and something to be a shamed of.

It’s been a long time since our way of living made space for honoring of this time and such ancient ritual, but now more than ever with what women are experiencing around the world it is time to bring these simple and powerful ways of gathering back online.

A space to reconnect and deepen to the body, to what she needs, to what our North Star of truth is after letting the noise of the outside world fade. So I envisioned something birthed from over a half a decade of studying womb alchemy…
